Justin Barr - Senior Facilities Manager
This newly created role will provide invaluable additional expertise in assessing, executing and delivering improved outcomes. Justin has over 20 years’ experience in facilities management and compliance and will provide assistance to our managers to fast track any issues that may arise concerning maintenance, compliance, contractors and service providers.
Lorna Burgess - Essential Services Manager
Lorna’s role is solely devoted to coordinate and oversee the efficient and diligent delivery of essential service maintenance. Her experience in this field will ensure the seamless cost effective facilitation of the necessary compliance reporting and mitigate any potential lot owner liabilities.
Our other team members include our Senior Management personnel
Joanne Kantzipas, Kasey Parkinson and Duke Reid; Sin Truong, a qualified CPA undertaking all financial reporting and accounts; plus our support staff Danielle Medler and Brenda Yang.
